Week 3 day 5 workout

still cant front squat because of my wrist but going to try wrist straps next week

Back squat
105kg x 15 reps - up 2.5kg on last week

very wet, very windy - will play catch up with the metcon tomorrow

also neck is very sore, must have been sleeping funny
