Crossfit London UK, based less than 3 minutes tube journey away from Central London in historic Bethnal Green is your new fitness destination.

This is where you will be taught the essential skills you need to be fit: genuinely fit.

There are no Sales gimmicks, no "free" sessions aimed at cornering you into signing up, just an effective way of accessing the skills you need ( and hopefully want) on your terms. Take it session by session, pay one session at a time, or benefit from advance payments if it suites you: turn up 3 times a week, once every 2 months if that better for you!!
