CROSSFIT UK & LONDON HISTORY
Hi Everyone,
Whilst this is not a current blog, it is a great bit of History. It give us all an insight into how Crossfit started in the UK, After Andrew Stemler had returned from his certification.
There is a bit more "pre history" when Karl ( now Crossfit Manchester) and Davie (Now Crossfit Central Scotland) held the first few proper Crossfit Group work outs in Early 2005 ( late 2004).
I would like to remind everyone, that Davie coached down from Glasgow to London to get involved. Real commitment.
At the moment there are four UK Crossfit affiliates
