INTRODUCTION

The first formal crossfit seminar will be on the evening of the 1st of september 2005 ( 7pm -10pm) at the Newham Leisure Centre in East London for what we hope is the modest price of £15

This first seminar will focus on olympic weight lifting in particular the snatch and the clean, which means that we will also study a variety of weighted squats including the crossfit killer, the overhead squat.

There will be an opportunity to have your own "air squat" evaluated and corrected, if need be ( no one has perfect squat). We have a special guest teacher for the evening, Steve Seapker from the United States ( Profile further down). Steve will be assisted by a large group of assistants including Karl( hot foot from his BWLA teachers course in Scotland), Andrew and Davie and the guys from London Kettlebells, Steve and Ken, so you will proper assistance and correction all the way through.

Why I Crossfit…

Our job on the evening is to get you executing these moves as well as you can,and send you off with a system that means you can revise, improve and practise on your own.
